Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AgentPrep (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information obtained through the AgentPrep website, platform, courses, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the AgentPrep Terms and Conditions.

By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Account credentials
• Subscription status and purchase confirmations
• Communications with us (emails, support requests)
• Feedback, comments, and other content you submit through the Service

b. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

• IP address
• Device type, browser type, and operating system
• Pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and clickstream data
• Referring URLs and approximate location derived from IP address
• A randomly generated first-party visitor identifier stored in your browser, which we use to associate activity on the Service with a single browser

This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.

c. Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment and limited transactional metadata, but we do not store full payment card numbers or bank account details.

d. Study and Usage Data

We collect study-related data you generate on the Service, such as quiz attempts, scores within the platform, progress metrics, and feature usage (collectively, “Usage Data”). Usage Data is used to provide platform functionality (e.g., progress tracking), to improve the Service, and to produce aggregated or de-identified analytics. Aggregated and de-identified data does not identify you individually and may be used and retained without restriction.

e. Content You Submit

The AgentPrep Terms and Conditions prohibit you from submitting actual examination questions, answers, or other confidential examination content. We may review, screen, and delete material submitted in violation of that prohibition, and we may retain records reflecting that such material was submitted and removed.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Create and manage user accounts
• Process payments and subscriptions
• Respond to inquiries and provide support
• Send administrative communications (e.g., account notices, renewal and billing notices, policy updates)
• Send marketing and promotional communications about the Service, where permitted by law
• Monitor usage, performance, fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Improve content, features, and user experience
• Enforce our Terms and Conditions

Marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing and promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us at the address in Section 12. Opting out of marketing does not stop administrative or transactional messages relating to your account, purchases, or the operation of the Service.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) to maintain session integrity, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain functionality.

a. Google Advertising Technologies

We use a Google Ads conversion tracking tag (gtag.js) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This tag is not loaded unless and until you accept advertising cookies through our cookie banner. If you accept, the tag may transmit to Google information such as the page you are viewing, the page that referred you, your browser and device characteristics, and your IP address. Google’s use of information it receives is governed by Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy, and Google describes its practices for sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You may also manage Google’s use of information for advertising personalization through your Google Ads settings.

If you accept, a third party may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use the Service. We do not control the collection practices of that third party, and we encourage you to review its privacy policy. We do not use Meta/Facebook pixels, Google Analytics, or other third-party analytics or social media advertising tags on the Service.

b. Cookie Consent and How It Works

We present a cookie consent banner on the Service. So that your expectations are accurate, here is how it operates:

• Advertising and analytics permissions are set to denied by default before any tag can run. No advertising tag is loaded, and no request is made to Google, unless you accept.
• If you decline, or if you simply never respond to the banner, the advertising tag is never loaded and no information is transmitted to Google.
• If you accept, we load the advertising tag and permit advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and analytics storage.
• We record your choice, together with the date and time, the version of this Privacy Policy then in effect, your IP address, and your browser user agent, so that we can demonstrate what you consented to and when. We keep a history of your choices rather than only your most recent one.
• Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie on your browser and lasts up to one year. Because it is stored in your browser, it will not carry over to a different browser or device, and it will be cleared if you clear your cookies.

You may change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in our footer. If you withdraw consent, we instruct Google to deny advertising and analytics permissions and stop loading the tag going forward. Withdrawing consent does not undo collection that already occurred while consent was in effect. You may separately control cookies through your browser settings.

c. First-Party Analytics Are Not Covered by the Banner

Separately from the Google tag, we operate our own first-party analytics. We assign your browser a randomly generated visitor identifier and record your interactions with the Service on our own systems, as described in Section 1(b). This first-party collection is not governed by the cookie consent banner and continues whether you accept or decline. It is used to operate, secure, and improve the Service, and this information is not sold or disclosed to advertising networks. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 7.

d. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track Signals

Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a decision to decline advertising and analytics cookies. In that case the advertising tag is not loaded, and we do not ask you to accept it.

Do Not Track (DNT). Some browsers transmit a separate “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry or legal standard for how commercial websites should respond to DNT, and AgentPrep does not respond to or honor DNT signals. DNT and GPC are different signals; honoring GPC as described above does not mean we act on DNT. You may still control cookies through the “Cookie Preferences” link in our footer and through your browser settings.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. If — and only if — you accept advertising cookies as described in Section 3, our use of the Google advertising tag may constitute a “sale” or a “sharing” of personal information as those terms are broadly defined under certain state privacy laws. If you decline, never respond to the banner, or transmit a Global Privacy Control signal, no such sharing occurs, because the tag is not loaded. You may withdraw your acceptance at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in our footer.

We may also share information in the following circumstances:

a. Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Service (for example: hosting, analytics, advertising, customer support tooling, and payment processing). These vendors are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services to us and are subject to confidentiality obligations.

b. Legal Obligations

We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

c. Protection of Rights

We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of AgentPrep, our users, or others, including enforcing our Terms.

d. Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and commercially reasonable protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information indefinitely.

Consent records. We retain records of your cookie consent choices, including the date and time, the version of this Privacy Policy then in effect, and associated technical information, for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable law, and we may retain them after your account is closed for that purpose.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and How to Review or Change Your Information

• You may review and request changes to the account information we hold about you through your account settings.
• If a change cannot be made through your account settings, you may email us at support@agentprep.co with the subject line “Privacy Request,” identifying the information you wish to review or correct. We will respond within a reasonable period.
• You may opt out of marketing emails as described in Section 2.
• You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@agentprep.co.

Please note we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, to prevent fraud or maintain accounting records).

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us at the address in Section 12.

9. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute arising out of or relating to it is subject to the governing law, forum selection, venue, and limitation-of-liability provisions of the AgentPrep Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and post the revised policy on the Service, and we may additionally notify registered users by email or through an in-account notice. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
